Update on bus passes

Earlier this year a number of residents wrote to me to raise concerns about the future of concessionary travel.  Staffordshire County Council were considering making changes to the pass which included charging pass users for taking a bus before 9:0am.

Fire at George Bryan Centre

Last night the George Bryan Centre next to the SRP Hospital suffered a suspected arson attack.  The fire has caused substantial damage to the building.

Action on credit card fraud

I was recently contacted by a constituent who had a credit card taken out using his name and address.  He reported the incident as soon as he found out but the bank refused to engage with him as he did not have the account details to hand.
