The Tamworth Campus of South Staffordshire College is offering a whole wealth of new courses.
These courses are full time, part time or evening courses, adults welcome and some are specifically designed for candidates hoping for a viable route into a new work role. Ranging from a few weeks to a full school year, it is worth a look.
For those unemployed or earning less than £16k per year, there is funding available to help you get on the course! Courses start in September and early 2021.

Electrical Installation - the starter path towards becoming an electrician
Travel Resort Rep Fastrack - move into working for holiday resorts and travel operators
Introduction to culinary skills - learn the basics for the catering and hospitality sector
Introduction to Early Years - learn all about care and education in early year settings
Hair and Beauty - take the first steps into beauty treatments, hairdressing and barbering
Business Administration - from customer service to leadership, learn all about business development
Construction - for those wanting to move into construction or the built environment trades.
There are also a number of distance learning courses available as well as many courses at the nearby Lichfield campus.
If you're not eligible for the free courses or just feel like to learning something new of an evening, there are also a number of community courses starting up at the Tamworth campus. From flower arranging and dressmaking to motor vehicle maintenance, excel spreadsheets and milling and turning, there's plenty to learn which could open doors to a new career.
