For households that have not yet received an automatic discount on their energy bills, because they are not connected to the electricity grid and use alternative fuels, the portal is now open to make an application for assistance payments.

To save you some time before you apply, you will need to have your email address and some bank details handy as well as some proof of address (tenancy/bank statement/council tax bill etc)
