Thank you to everyone who is staying inside where they can - you are helping to protect the NHS and save lives. Today you will have seen the social distancing measures to protect the public have been extended for another 3 weeks.
I know that with the good weather, being cooped up at home either by yourself, with family and/or the kids can be difficult. Some of my friends and family have been sharing ways to keep active at home.
1️⃣ Decluttering the home 🏠 Giving the home a spring clean and a fresh layout
2️⃣ Getting fit Everyday Joe Wicks hosts his P.E session his YouTube for the kids. There are loads of videos for us adults too, as well as free apps on smart phones
3️⃣ Indoor picnic - Throwing a blanket on the living room floor and entertaining the kids with an indoor picnic
4️⃣ Learning new skills 💻 The Open University and other British Universities have put loads of free courses online
